The Orders Report displays all orders for your organization, including the buyer's name, email address, and number of tickets purchased. You can also access additional order information, such as registration question responses.
💡Tip
The quickest way to view orders for a specific event is directly from the Events page using the Quick Reports (graph) icon. This skips the need to filter by date range or select events manually. See the steps below.

Access the Orders Report for a Specific Event (recommended)
- Log in to your TicketLeap account.
- Go to the Events page and locate the event you want to report on.
- Click the Quick Reports icon (graph icon) in the Actions menu next to the event.
- Select Orders from the dropdown.

The Orders Report will open pre-filtered to that event, so all orders displayed will be for the selected event only.
Access the Orders Report from the Reports tab
If you need to view orders across multiple events or your full organization, you can use the Reports tab instead.
- Log in to your TicketLeap account.
- Select the Reports option from the main menu and choose Orders.
- Filter the report using any of the following options:
- Date Range - Click the Date Range button and select the desired period based on ticket sale dates (not event dates).
- By Events - Click View, choose the event(s), and click Select Events.

Show Voided -The Orders Report includes a Show Voided dropdown that controls whether voided orders appear in your results. By default, this is set to No, meaning orders with no active valid tickets are hidden from both the on-screen report and any CSV or PDF downloads. When filtering by event, an order is only shown if it has valid tickets for the selected event; orders with valid tickets for other events will not appear.Â
- Set Show Voided to Yes to display all orders regardless of status.
- Search Field - Find specific orders by All Fields, Order IDs, Buyer's Name, or Discount codes.
- Click Run Report to display data based on the chosen date range and events.
- To download the report, click Download and choose CSV or PDF.

Registration Questions Responses
To review individual responses to registration questions:
- Open the Orders Report (using either method described in this article).
- Click on the Order ID of the ticket buyer.
- Select Tickets.
- Click Registration Questions for the specific ticket to see the response.
