Order Searching

Use the Search tool to locate scan data for customers, attendees, orders, IDs, and barcodes. After finding an order, you can view the current scan status and manually check tickets in or out of your event. 

The search customers page will load. You can search for the order using the following:

  • Customer Name
  • Name on Ticket / Attendee Name
  • Confirmation Number
  • Sale ID
  • Barcode

Click on the order you would like to see. All of the tickets will be listed individually. Click on the tickets you would like to check in. Then click Check In All.

If you want to check in fewer than all the tickets in the order, select Check In on the specific ticket.

Tickets that have already been validated will display a “Check In” status. Select Check Out to check the ticket out.

View Scan History

The Scan History page lets you review recent check-ins and check-outs for your synced events. This feature helps verify previous scans, troubleshoot entry issues, or confirm a customer’s check-in status.

How It Works

  • Accessing Scan History: Scan History can be opened from both the Scan screen and the Search screen.
  • Data Shown: All scans (check-ins and check-outs) appear in chronological order.
  • Event Scope: Only scans from events currently synced to your device will appear.

Accessing Scan History from the Search Screen

  1. From the app’s bottom menu, select the Search tab to open the Orders/Customers page.
  2. Tap the History icon in the top-right corner.
  3. The Scan History page will display a list of recent scans, showing:
    1. Order or ticket details
    2. Check-in or check-out status
    3. Date and time of scan

Configure Events

You can change which events are loaded by selecting the settings option (top right). This will load the Select Synced Events page. Select any other events you want to load, and select Confirm.

Alternatively, you can select Unload Events to remove them from your device.
