To go to Search, click Launch Scanner in the app. 

Tap on the Guests at the bottom of the Check-In screen. The below page will load. You can search for the order using the following:

• Customer Name
• Name on Ticket / Attendee Name
• Confirmation Number
• Sale ID
• Barcode

Click on the order you would like to see. All of the tickets will be listed individually. Click on the tickets you would like to check in. Then click Check In All.

If you want to check in less than all tickets in the order, click on the ticket and then Check In.

Tickets that have already been validated will display with a line crossed through the ticket holder's name. Tap the ticket and select Check Out.
