How to search customer orders using TicketLeap Scan

iOS

  1. Tap Guests at the bottom of the home screen. The search page will appear.

2. Search for an order using one of the following details:

  • Customer Name
  • Name on Ticket / Attendee Name
  • Confirmation Number
  • Sale ID
  • Barcode

3. Select the order you want to view. All tickets in the order will be displayed individually.

4. To check in all tickets at once, tap CHECK IN ALL.

5. To check in individual tickets, tap on a ticket and select CHECK IN.

6. Tickets that have already been checked in will have a line through the ticket holder's name. To check out a ticket, tap the ticket and select CHECK OUT.

Android

To search for a customer, follow the steps:

  1. Access Search by either:
    1. Tapping the Menu in the top left corner and selecting Search.
    2. Tapping Launch Scanner and then the Search icon in the top right corner.

 

 

2. Search for an order using one of the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Name on ticket / Attendee name

  • Sale ID

3. Select the order you want to view. All tickets in the order will be displayed individually.
