Submitting a Refund Request

If you purchased refund protection and need to submit a refund request, you may do so through the provider’s online refund request form or by contacting their support team at help@requestmyrefund.com.

I Accidentally Added Refund Protection. Can I Get That Refunded?

After purchasing tickets with refund protection, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the policy details.

You may void your refund protection and receive a refund for the protection cost only within 14 days of purchase.

Voiding refund protection does not cancel your ticket(s). However, once voided, your purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund under the protection policy.

For Event Organizers

Refund Protection can be offered directly to your consumers, removing the burden of managing refund requests on your end. If a buyer reaches out to you regarding a refund, please direct them to help@requestmyrefund.com
