How do I see scan statistics on TicketLeap Scan?

In the app's Statistics section, you will see a quick snapshot of helpful information about all downloaded events and the number of successful scans validated by this device.

Statistics is located at the bottom where you launch the scanner.

Please note: With a reliable Wi-Fi connection, the scanner should sync periodically. You should not need to initiate each sync manually.

 

Device Stats: Device stats are displayed per device for all downloaded events. 

Event Stats displays stats per event for any events currently downloaded on the device.

  • Total Tickets on Device:  The total number of tickets downloaded to the device for all selected events. 
  • Valid tickets: All the tickets that will successfully scan in.
  • Voided tickets: All the tickets that won't scan in.
  • Tickets Checked In: The total number of tickets currently scanned at all selected events (upon the last sync).
  • Scanned Locally: The total number of tickets scanned on this particular device that has been successfully synced with the system.
  • Waiting to Sync: The total number of tickets successfully scanned on this device that has not yet been synced with the database.
  • Last Sync: The most recent date and time at which a successful sync occurred.

You can also tap the Sync bar at the bottom of the page to force your device to sync all scan information with the system.
