If you have not sold any tickets for the ticket type you would like to delete, you can safely delete that ticket type.
- Log in to your TicketLeap account
- From the Events tab, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the event where you want to delete your ticket types.
- Go to Tickets and click Delete (trash icon) to delete the ticket type.
Note: If you see a red message saying a ticket type cannot be deleted, it means that at least one ticket of that ticket type has been sold. What you can do is change the visibility of the ticket type to Not Visible to disable sales for that ticket type.
