Online ticket sales
You may choose to either absorb the fees or pass them to the ticket buyers.
- Tickets $5.00 and lower: 3% + 49¢ per ticket
- Tickets over $5.00: 5% + $1 per ticket
- Free events: No fees (Always free!)
Box Office sales
- A 3% fee per transaction applies to box office sales where a card payment is processed
- Transaction processing fees for in-person sales are paid by the event organiser.
- Cash and Comp transactions: No fees apply
We set our fees as low as possible; therefore, we currently do not offer special pricing for non-profit organisations.
