With TicketLeap’s linked organisations feature, you can easily link multiple seller accounts to switch between them without logging in and out. 

Sellers may set up numerous organisations for various reasons, such as separate bank accounts, operating events under different brands, or segregating events for reporting.

To get started:

1. Click on your Profile Picture and select Linked Organisations
2. Select Add an Organisation
3. You can create a new organisation or link an existing one
   1. For any future organisations, select the Add button to start the process

Linking Existing TicketLeap Accounts

1. Select Link an Organisation
2. Enter your account credentials (you must know both your email and password) for your other organisation.
3. Select Link Organisation

Your organisations are now linked together!

Creating a New Organisation

1. Select Create an Organisation
2. Enter your organisation name and the organisation URL

Your new TicketLeap seller organisation has been created!

Switching Between Organisations

After adding organisations, you can switch between them by:

1. Click on your Profile Picture
2. Selecting Switch Org
3. Selecting the organisation you want to switch to

Important Notes

• Newly created organisations are assigned to the same country as the current seller.
• Newly created organisations will need to perform the Stripe onboarding process again.
