What information can I see on my Dashboard?

Your dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your organisation's ticket sales, all in one place. It's the first thing you see when you log in to TicketLeap.

The dashboard is available to users with the Owner, Admin, Event Manager, or Finance role (Adding Users to your Account).

Your Next Upcoming Event

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find info on your next upcoming event. It shows the event name, date, tickets sold, revenue, and a progress chart showing the percentage of tickets sold.

If your next event is still a draft, this section shows an unpublished notice instead of sales data. If you don't have any upcoming events, you'll find a prompt to create or clone one.

Historical Overview

Below your upcoming event, the Historical Overview section shows totals across all your events. You'll find three numbers: tickets sold, sales revenue, and tickets scanned.

Use the Viewing Data For dropdown to filter the data. You can choose the last 7, 30, or 90 days. A line graph shows your ticket sales trend over the same period.

Map of Buyers by Location

The Map of Buyers by Location shows where your ticket buyers are coming from, based on their zip codes. This can help you understand where your audience is.

Use the filter icon to adjust the date range (last 7, 30, or 90 days) or to show data from specific events only.
