How do I edit my ticket types?

With TicketLeap, you can add, delete, or edit your ticket types even after you have created your event.

From the Events tab:

  1. Click the Manage button next to the event where you want to edit your ticket types
  2. Click on Tickets

 

General Admission

From the list of ticket types, click Edit (pencil icon) next to the ticket type you want to edit. Fill in the changes you want to make. Check out the description of each field:

  • Ticket Type: Paid, Donation or Free: set your ticket price, allow buyers to set their ticket price or set the ticket as free. 
  • Ticket Name: Enter the name of your ticket type.
  • Price: enter the dollar amount for your ticket.
  • Available Quantity: limit the total number of tickets available for the event. 
  • Additional Settings: 
    • Ticket description: Add other relevant details, instructions, or event-specific rules for a particular ticket type.
    • Available At: Set tickets to be available online or/and in the box office.
    • Limit Online Sales Date: Set the specific date and times when the ticket will be available for purchase. 
    • Restrict number of tickets per order: Specify the minimum or/and maximum number of tickets that can be sold per order.

Please note that the timezone will depend on the venue selected on the Event Info page. Ticket sales will follow the account's timezone if no venue is specified.

 

Click Update ticket, then Save. 

 
 

Reserved Seating

  • Ticket Name: Name your ticket type.
  • Online: The online price for this seat.
  • Box Office: The Box Office price for this seat.
  • Description: A description of the seat type. This is a large text field.
  • Minimum & Maximum Tickets Per Order: Set these values to restrict the
    number of tickets per order.
