Creating Tables
Use the Round Table Tool to add tables to your chart:

Select the table type (Round, Rectangular), set the number of seats per table. You can add and delete seats as needed.

Labeling Tables and Seats
Using the “Select” tool, click on any table in your chart to label it. You can select one or multiple tables.

Note
“Open Spaces” skip the space for any amount of seats you enter. Unchecking “Automatic Radius” will allow you to change the size of the table.

Under “Section Labeling”, enter the name of the highlighted table(s) (e.g. Front, Back etc.). Click in the “Displayed Label” field if you would like for the section name to appear on the public chart.

Note: Tables are numbered by default which you can change under “Table Labeling” when multiple tables are highlighted. Otherwise, you can manually label each table when individually selected.

The seat numbering follows a clockwise rotation with the first seat starting at the bottom. You can use “Rotation” to change where the seats are located around the table. Click “Direction” under seat labeling to change the direction of the rotation.

Note: The seats can also be designated differently under “Displayed Type.”
Assigning Table Categories
Once tables are added and labeled, you may categorize group of tables:

For instance, the first row of tables could be VIP seating and the back row as Regular.

Note: The table color will also change when “Book by Table” is set as its type.
Finalizing The Seating Chart
Miscellaneous
As a final touch, you may choose how buyers can book, either by seat or by table. By table allows individual seat selection. By table books the entire table and all seats with it. “View From Seats” allows you to add an image of the stage from the point of view of the selected table.

Note: “Variable Occupancy” and “Entrance” are currently not supported.
Saving your Chart
Ensure all objects are marked green as completed. Lastly, title the seating chart and click “Publish” to save your chart.
