With TicketLeap’s linked organizations feature, you can easily link multiple seller accounts to switch between them without logging in and out.
Sellers may set up numerous organizations for various reasons, such as separate bank accounts, operating events under different brands, or segregating events for reporting.
To get started:
- Click on your Profile Picture and select Linked Organizations
- Select Add an Organization
- You can create a new organization or link an existing one
- For any future organizations, select the Add button to start the process

Linking Existing TicketLeap Accounts
- Select Link an Organization
- Enter your account credentials (you must know both your email and password) for your other organization.
- Select Link Organization
Your organizations are now linked together!
Creating a New Organization
- Select Create an Organization
- Enter your organization name and the organization URL
Your new TicketLeap seller organization has been created!
Switching Between Organizations
After adding organizations, you can switch between them by:
- Click on your Profile Picture
- Selecting Switch Org
- Selecting the organization you want to switch to

Important Notes
- Newly created organizations are assigned to the same country as the current seller.
- Newly created organizations will need to perform the Stripe onboarding process again.
