You can choose to absorb TicketLeap fees or pass them on to your ticket buyers.
Online ticket sales:
- Free events: No TicketLeap fees.
- Tickets $5.00 or less: 49¢ ticketing fee per ticket, plus a 3% transaction fee per order.
- Tickets over $5.00: $1 + 2% ticketing fee per ticket, plus a 3% transaction fee per order.
On-site ticket sales:
- Tickets over $5.00: $1 ticketing fee per ticket, plus a 3% transaction fee per order.
- The 3% transaction fee for on-site sales must be paid by the event organizer and cannot be passed on to ticket buyers.
Additional information:
- The maximum ticketing fee is $20 per ticket.
- Fees may vary for transactions processed in international currencies.
- Due to rounding, online transaction fees may be $0.01 or more higher than the calculated amount.
- We currently do not offer discounted pricing for nonprofit organizations.
