1. For Apple/iOS devices:
   1. Tap Guests at the bottom of the home screen. The search page will appear.
      1. 
2. For Android devices:
   1. Access Search by either:
      1. Tap the Menu in the top left corner and select Search.
      2. Tap Launch Scanner and the Search icon in the top right corner.
         1. 

3. Search for an order using one of the following details:

• Customer Name
• Name on Ticket / Attendee Name
• Confirmation Number
• Sale ID
• Barcode

4. Select the order you want to view. All tickets in the order will be displayed individually.

5. To check in all tickets at once, tap CHECK IN ALL.

6. To check in individual tickets, tap on a ticket and select CHECK IN.

7. Tickets that have already been checked in will have a line through the ticket holder's name. To check out a ticket, tap the ticket and select CHECK OUT.
