Downloading Events Results in "Too Many Attempts" Error
An error message built into the Android app regarding the backend download throttling can happen if too many attempts are made in ~5 minutes.

Solutions:
- You may see this message if you already have all the data downloaded for your event.
- A workaround on iOS is to delete/re-install the app to circumvent this throttle. Android has a built-in function to delete app data/cache which accomplishes the same thing.
- Alternatively, it may be related to the sync time. Check the sync time from the Advanced Settings in the Settings menu and it is recommended that you increase it to 60s (if applicable).
Unable to Locate Event(s) to Download
Only upcoming events will display in the list of events available for download. If your upcoming event is not showing, swipe down to refresh the list.
Difficulty Reading QR codes
Start with the barcode approximately 15 - 20 cm away from the scanner. Slowly move the device away from the ticket while scanning. Ensure enough lighting for the camera to read the barcode effectively.
Click the cog wheel from the Scanning Screen and enable the flashlight from the settings.
