TicketLeap provides two types of sales reports to help you understand your event’s performance: Sales Detail Report and Sales Summary Report.
Getting Started
When you open either report, you’ll be prompted to select filters:
- Date Range: Narrow your results by selecting a range of dates that match the date the buyer purchased the tickets (sales date).
- Event(s): Leave as-is to run the report for all events with orders during the date range, or select one or more specific events to display.
Once selected, click Run Report to generate the data.
You can also:
- Download reports in CSV or PDF format.
- Clear Filters to reset and run a different report

Note
Both reports can only display data spanning up to one full calendar year.

This report provides an in-depth, per-event breakdown of ticket sales. The Sales Detail Report is designed for reviewing specific event-level financials, including ticket-type level sales, fees, cash/check sales, payout amounts, and sales tax collected.
Tip
You can use this report when you need a detailed financial breakdown of one or more events.
Best For:
- Reconciling finances after an event
- Understanding how different ticket types performed
- Viewing non-ticketed donations received
- Accounting or bookkeeping purposes
- Identifying cash/check sales made via the Box Office

- Fees & Sales Tax: What buyers paid in fees, sales tax, and any optional add-ons (such as refund protection offered through TicketLeap)

- Gross Profit (incl. cash sales): Payout plus Cash/Check Sales
