All payments are scheduled to be processed and hit your bank account 4-6 business days after the event (5-7 business days for Canadian clients). If payment day is a bank holiday, payments will be delayed by one day. All payments are direct deposit; we do not offer check payments.
For multi-day events
If your event spans multiple days, the payment schedule remains the same, 4-6 business days after each event date ends (5-7 business days for Canadian clients).
For example, if your event repeats every Friday, each day’s sales will follow the same payment timing, starting from the end of that specific day’s event.
FastPay (Advance Payment)
Sellers can apply for advance payments through an application process. You must have an active TicketLeap account and a draft event to apply. It can take 7-10 business days for approval and your event cannot be within two weeks of your application. Payment time frame is Monday through Sunday of the previous week.
Other important notes:
- Weekly Payments will be received on Thursdays (U.S) and Fridays (CA)
- Bank holidays will affect payments dates
- Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday events will be paid out the following week
- We reserve the right to suspend FastPay at any time for any reason
- Class Reunions are not eligible for advanced payments

Please note: For US based sellers, you DO NOT have to have your payment information set up to start selling tickets. You can sell tickets immediately and complete the payment details before the event.
Stripe, our merchant processor, may need extra information before you can start selling tickets. Please review the payment section of your TicketLeap account before publishing your event, and watch for any additional requests from Stripe while your event is on sale.
