How to check in attendees using a web browser

Use the Check-In Attendees page to manage entry directly from your web browser. This web-based tool allows you to manage check-ins, view order details, and look up attendee information on a laptop or tablet. You can use this alongside the TicketLeap Scan app to give your staff more flexibility at the door.

 

Selecting Your Events

Before you begin checking in guests, you must select the events or specific dates you are managing.

  1. Go to the Box Office > Check-In Attendees page
  2. Click the Events dropdown menu to see a list of your upcoming events.
  3. Select one or multiple events to load the guest list.
    1. Note: You can filter your selection to include entire events, specific dates, or specific price levels.
  4. Click Select Events to view the attendee orders.

Past events cannot be loaded on the check-in page. Only upcoming event dates are available for selection.

Managing Entry

Once your events are loaded, you can search for guests and record their attendance.

Search for an Order

Use the Search Attendees bar at the top of the page to quickly find a guest by name, email or Order ID.

Check In an Entire Order

If a group arrives together, you can check them all in at once:

  1. Locate the guest's order in the list.
  2. Click Check in All on the right side of the order card.

Check In Individual Tickets

To check in specific members of a group:

  1. Locate the guest's order and click View Tickets.
  2. Find the specific ticket number or seat.
  3. Click Check In Ticket.
    1. If a ticket was scanned by mistake, you can click Check Out Ticket to revert the status.

Tracking Attendance Stats

Monitor your event's progress in real-time using the status cards in the top-right corner:

  • Sold: The total number of tickets purchased for the selected events.
  • Redeemed: The number of attendees who have successfully checked in.
  • Remaining: The number of ticket holders who have not yet arrived.
